Which length chain will my pendant have?
18" sterling silver chains are used as standard but if you would prefer a different length I can offer these in either 16" (40.64cm), 20" (50.8cm) or 26" (66cm). Extender and safety chains are also available. Do get in touch to discuss how I can help and the costs involved.
On which side of the chains are your clasps?
Usually on the right but if you'd like them on a particular side that's no problem at all, do let me know when you place your order.
Can you change my clasp to a bigger or magnetic one?
Yes of course. Please contact me to discuss options and the costs involved, and we'll take it from there.
Can I have a charm on my bracelet?
My bracelets can be made with a charm carrier and charm added. Do get in touch to discuss how I can help and for a quote.
What size are your bracelets?
Bracelets are 18cm as standard but can be made to order in other sizes. Do get in touch to discuss your perfect piece and for costs.
Do you have product safety information?
Each piece of Denalis Jewellery is designed to be worn as an adult fashion accessory.
All pieces contain small components and they are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
Please keep out of reach of infants and young children to avoid any risk of choking or accidental ingestion.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, if you are sending your gift direct to the recipient I will be happy to add a gift message for you.
These will be handwritten on a white card and placed inside a beautiful, handmade, aqua blue pearlescent envelope. Each envelope measures 52mm x 72mm.
Gift messages cost £2 each and can be added to your basket here
During checkout you will have the option to write your message in the 'notes or instructions' box.
Do remember to use the recipient's address for delivery.
I've broken my clasp/bent an earwire/need my bracelet restrung. Can you help?
Accidents can happen and they're so frustrating. I do offer repairs to Denalis jewellery for example replacing clasps, jump rings, restringing bracelets to minimise waste.
Any broken silver pieces that are replaced are melted down and reused in new jewellery.
A charge will apply for any new silver pieces beads and findings needed.
You can collect your fixed piece from me at any of my event locations or you can pay postage and I will send your jewellery back to you, usually within 3 working days if everything I need to replace is in stock.
I have an old piece of broken silver jewellery, can you help?
I'm afraid I don't repair or reconfigure other makers' jewellery.
