Solo Craft - Leadenhall Market
A selection of my jewellery is stocked at the Solo Craft shop in the beautiful Leadenhall Market in the City of London.
In 1408 former Lord Mayor Richard ‘Dick’ Whittington acquired the lease of the building, followed by the site in 1411 which he gifted to the City of London. The corporation have run it ever since.
It’s current structure is Victorian, designed by architect Sir Horace Jones in the 19th century and it was given Grade II listed status in 1972.
What an incredible history to become a tiny part of.
There is also a market held there every weekend, including a Solo Craft Fair one once a month.
Leadenhall has great opportunities for shopping, eating and drinking - a great place to go (and of course even better now my jewellery is available!).
It’s easy to get to - nearest tube stations are Bank and Monument.

I'm delighted to announce that a selection of my precious silver metal clay jewellery will be available to buy at The People Hive in Twickenham from 9th February. The People Hive is committed to creating and supporting opportunities for people with a learning disability living within the borough of Richmond and the surrounding areas. Money earned from sales goes straight back into the charity and helps provide an extensive range of support, activities and workshops for adults with learning disabilities.
I spent many years living and working in Twickenham as an infant teacher, so it's a bit like going back home!

Awards and recognition
f:Entrepreneur #iAlso100

I'm absolutely over the moon that Denalis was chosen as one of the Small Business Saturday's #SmallBiz100 2024.
This campaign is a celebration of inspirational small businesses around the uk - Small Business Saturday gives so much support to businesses like mine.
I couldn't be more proud and thrilled - it's such an amazing achievement.

Theo Paphitis' Small Business Sunday
I pitched my business to SBS and won a place in this fantastic network of small businesses.
I'm looking forward to going to 2026's conference at the ICC in Birmingham.
Green Growth 100
Towards the end of last year Small Business Britain in partnership with BT launched the Green Growth Awards and Green Growth 100, a celebration of 100 inspiring, forward-thinking UK small businesses that are leading the way in sustainability-led growth.
As sustainability is at the very heart of what I do, I decided to apply. I couldn't have been more surprised when I was chosen. I work very hard behind the scenes to ensure Denalis is as sustainable as possible - offering my customers and stockists a planet friendly option - and to be recognised for this is incredible. I'm so chuffed. Two of the 100 will also be awarded a £5000 grant to help them scale their sustainability goals, so I'm keeping everything crossed!
In March Aleks and I are off to a reception at BT HQ so more about that soon!
