This website is operated by Denalis Jewellery, owned and run by Denise de Gromoboy. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, "I", "me" and "my" refer to Denalis Jewellery.
By accessing my website or purchasing from me, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with my Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
My shop is hosted by Big Cartel, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products to you.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site.
I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is suspected.

All products are subject to availability. I make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and colours as accurately as possible; however, I cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the colour of the products.

Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. An order is only accepted once I confirm it and payment has been successfully received.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. I do not store or process payment card details myself.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or events outside my control.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. I will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that this cancellation right does not apply to personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order items, which are created specifically for you. This includes all commission work. If you are unsure whether an item is made to order, please get in touch before purchasing.
Returns and Refunds
My full returns process is set out in my Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
