Packaging, delivery and returns

Packaging

All jewellery ordered online will be presented in a white gift box. The boxes are manufactured using recyled materials and are themselves recyclable. Each box contains a white, non-tarnish insert and an anti-tarnish tab which should protect your jewellery for up to six months.

Alternatively your jewellery can be popped into a drawstring cotton bag if you prefer - do let me know at the time of ordering if you'd like this option. These bags are made from GOTS certified cotton.

Cards are despatched in cardboard envelopes and all packaging is reusable and recyclable.

Any transparent bags or wrapping I use are made from biodegradable and compostable vegetable starch.

Outer packaging - padded bags or boxes - may be preloved and preused. Please reuse or recycle if you can.

I use Sellotape zero plastic tape or white biodegradable plastic-free paper tape to secure all parcels.

UK Delivery (*excludes Northern Ireland)

As soon as I receive your order, I will begin processing it.

Stock orders will be dispatched within three working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Custom order dispatch times will vary depending on the piece, but I will keep in contact with you throughout the making process.

Proof of purchase is obtained for all orders and tracking information will be provided. I cannot be held responsible for any postal delays.

All of my parcels leave me well packaged with care. Should your item arrive damaged please contact me immediately.

If you have ordered more than one item, these will ship together.

I completely understand that you’d love to receive your jewellery as quickly as possible and I always aim to complete an order and ship it as soon as I can.
If you have any questions or a particular deadline then please do get in touch prior to purchase.

*Please note that due to the new GPSR rules, I will no longer be shipping to Northern Ireland. I'm afraid we don't ship internationally.

Mail strikes
In the event of postal strikes I can deliver within 15 minutes drive from W5 or alternatively you can arrange to collect your order from me at one of my events.
Do get in touch to discuss options, there will of course be no postage charge for collections - this will be refunded.

Returns
If you aren't happy with your order, it isn't as expected or it is faulty then I am happy to accept returns or offer exchanges*. Please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible or within 14 days of the delivery date and I’ll guide you through the next steps. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

*Please understand however that unless items are damaged or faulty, I’m not legally obliged to accept returns for personalised orders where they can't be resold.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the items are faulty. I recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of posting from Royal Mail.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned carefully packed, in their original packaging, unworn and in a resaleable condition.
If jewellery is not returned in its original state, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns of earrings unless they are faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Orders
If the packaging of your order is obviously damaged due to postal mishandling, please take clear photos of the damage prior to opening. Once opened please take photos of any subsequent damage caused to your order. This will help me in filing a claim.

If you believe your item to be faulty, please do get in contact with your concerns, attaching clear photographs of the fault, to enable me to find the best way to help.

In either situation please either contact me by email at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.  If your item needs to be returned I will refund the postal cost for damaged or faulty items.

When returning an item, please include the following details:
Your original invoice or a note of your name, order number (if available), the email address used to place the order and the reason for return.

I strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning any items, as goods are returned at your own risk. Unfortunately, I can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit. Once I receive your return, I will send email confirmation. Your refund will be processed directly via the method used to purchase the order.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out - I’m always happy to help.
